Cook / Part-time

1. Responsible for receiving food and beverage orders from customers and employees
2. Responsible for processing and preparation of food orders
3. Provide beverage service to Casino floor
4. Maintain a clean and healthy environment
5. Maintain and prepare all foods in accordance to health and safety regulations
6. Provide quality food service
7. Responsible for concession bank upon opening and closing shift
8. Monitor and clean equipment on a daily basis
9. Responsible to wear protective coverings for health factors, gloves, smocks etc…
10. All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. One (1) year experience in food preparation
2. Mandatory health check-up
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Experience with cash transaction and its accountability
5. Must have valid Driver’s License
